Move for Mums
Are you a mum looking to step back into fitness?
Join us at Move for Mums today! Move for Mums is a tailored group exercise program designed by a mum, for mums. The program is open to all local mums looking to rebuild strength and confidence in the post natal period and beyond.
Intake is now open for Term 1 and 2.
Participants will attend a weekly 60 minute face to face group session in Montrose. Led by an experienced trainer, participants will be guided through a series a exercises designed to support core and pelvic floor restoration, build functional strength, and increase general fitness and wellbeing.
In addition, participants will have access to live online classes throughout the week via the members only Facebook group, and a weekly social walking group to explore local pram/carrier friendly walking paths and trails.
Term 1 - 8 weeks - Monday 5 February to Friday 29 March

Term 2 - 11 weeks - Monday 15 April to Friday 28 June
Spots available: 12
Cost: $132 *payment plan can be arranged
A social meet and greet will be held the Saturday prior to program commencement.
Background:
Move for Mums was created by local Kalorama mum and fitness trainer, Rachael. Rachael has 10 years experience in the fitness industry and has created Move for Mums to support busy mums like herself. She understands, as a mum of two under two, the challenges and access barriers mums face in finding safe and affordable exercise programs. Particularly in the post natal period.
Unlike similar bootcamp style programs, Move for Mum's sessions will promote and support core and pelvic floor restoration and strengthening. Participants can expect to increase their general fitness and wellbeing, as well as rediscover their core and pelvic floor. Participants can bring their baby/child along to sessions.
The program is open to all mothers in the local area with appropriate medical clearance to be provided prior to commencement.
