Pelvic Floor Strengthening with Prue


All women deserve access to pelvic floor health. Join this intimate mums group class dedicated to strengthening and improving pelvic floor.

Place: MotHs Hub - 6 Hayes Place, Belgrave

This 3 session course will teach you about the anatomical function of the pelvic floor muscles, and how to strengthen the muscles for improved health. Strengthening the pelvic floor can reduce incontinence or bladder weakness, close abdominal separation, reduce lower back pain, and improve balance. The sessions aim to:

  • increase your understanding of your bodies and

  • help attendees experience the benefits of improved pelvic floor function. 

Facilitator: Prue is a Diploma qualified Pilates Movement Therapist.
