Are you ready to connect with other mothers, cut the small talk and talk freely about your experience? Do you wish there was a place where you could honestly share your feelings without the judgement?
Date: Sunday 17th March
Time: 2pm-4pm
Where: Mums of the Hills Hub - 6 Hayes Place. Belgrave
Come to circle and enjoy all of this and more! Mothering is so many feelings at once. It is intense, wild, hard, incredible, joyful, motivating and depleting.
Circle is space to just be. To relax. To reflect. To decompress. Time to reconnect to yourself and connect with other women on the mothering journey. It is a non-judgmental and warm space to be seen and heard in your journey (the light, the dark and everything in between).
Mothering can feel lonely and isolating. Huge days and nights with no time or uninterrupted space to share your experience, your honest feelings. Mothering can feel disorientating, integrating our new identity and navigating changed relationships. Reconciling our reality with what we expected. Thinking that we would/could/can bounce back - bodies, careers.
Mothering children is ongoing work. It is not just the early years but every year of being a mother. The situations change, yes, but the push and pull we experience doesn't. It is the most valuable yet undervalued work on the planet.
So, come as you are. All mothers from any stage with any age child/ren welcome. Bubs in arms (less than 6 months/not crawling around) welcome. Pregnant mothers also welcome.
Be treated to grounding exercises, guided meditation, journaling, deep sharing and connection, wisdom weaving, intention setting and emotional release and usually a craft activity. Leave feeling light, heard, truely witnessed and loved.
Bring: wear comfy clothes, bring warm socks, water bottle and a journal.
