Nature therapy session around Burnham Beeches
Location: Meet at Piggery Cafe, 1 Sherbrooke Rd, Sherbrooke VIC
Date: Sunday October 8th
Time: 3 - 4pm
The second event in our MotHs Walks series is something a little different – a gentle guided mindfulness practice in the beautiful gardens around Sherbrooke Forest. Whether under the title of nature therapy, forest bathing, grounding, or the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, this deeply connected experience helps boost your mood, reduce stress, and may even decrease pain levels!
Guided by a trained forest therapy and yoga instructor, you will spend this time moving mindfully through a beautiful space, deeply immersed in all of your senses. A wonderful way to conclude a Check Me Out session and connect with other local mums.
Walkers and guides will convene at the Piggery Cafe for a briefing before heading to the garden.
We ask all participants to please dress appropriately for walking conditions and wear comfortable, sturdy shoes.
