When you're not being called 'Mum', what name/nickname do you prefer to be called?
Well my Dad calls me Duck but in general I prefer Corinne for everyone outside of Dad.
What is the best thing about being a mum?
The best thing about being a Mum is getting to know two really cool people and being blessed to be given the chance to see the World through their eyes. Also, spending time in nature with them, watching movies and getting to read Harry Potter every night.
What is the most challenging thing about being a mum?
The most challenging thing has been our families discovery that we are four people living together with neurodiversity. Three of us have ADHD and one ASD and navigating that together and learning to communicate and love each other with our quirks is an ongoing challenge.
What are you passionate about?
I am most passionate about my work as a Hypnotherapist/Integrative Practitioner and Reiki Healer, supporting women to reclaim their confidence and personal power; creating space for women to come home to themselves and fully step into who they were born to be, so they can shine their radiant light out to the World and discover/fulfill their highest purpose.
What is something that you have done that you are proud of?
I am most proud of making massive changes to my diet and lifestyle that allowed me to put my Multiple Sclerosis in remission back in 2008. That decision saved my life.
What is your favourite thing to do to unwind?
To unwind I like to hug our rescue dog Lola, to be with her in nature, to watch the sunlight in the trees and to just potter in my garden and also to drink chai with other Hills Mums at Nevedya or Earthly Pleasures.
Where is your favourite place to go or fun thing you like to do?
My favourite places to go to relax are probably the forest, the ocean and Mornington Peninsula Hot Springs and my favourite (and daggiest thing) I like to do for fun is head to Sooki Lounge for Wednesday night Karaoke night.
