Dee Street connects women of all ages to wellbeing through fun, down to earth dance courses.
We use functional movements to warm up and lovely stretches and relaxation to warm down thoroughly. We are committed to supporting you every step of the way and give options to rest and modify as needed. We encourage feeling over performing.
We teach a bunch of the best booty and soul shaking moves we know. You’ll learn how to isolate the hips and chest, whine your waist, shake your booty, find rhythm in your steps and torso and begin to relax and let go without pressure, competition or comparison.
Our approach maximises enjoyment, confidence & the joy of moving in a group.
When you enrol you’ll receive the course playlist, weekly practice videos, additional resources and consistent love and cheer-leading for your 2 months with us.
A 9 Week course starting Tuesday February 4th from 7:30pm - 9:00pm.
