Motherhood is full-on. We are overworked, overstimulated, and can feel totally overwhelmed. It’s always being on call, juggling a million things, and somehow still feeling like you’re not doing enough. I know, because I feel it too. Between the never-ending to-do lists and the sheer exhaustion, I struggled to find a moment to just be. To breathe. To feel like me again. But this is where mindful movement changed everything. It helped me step out of survival mode, reconnect with my body, and find small, doable ways to shake off the stress. And that’s why I’m so passionate about bringing this to other mums.

The Wild Woman Tribe is a mindfulness and movement space designed for mums who need a moment to exhale. Through workshops, courses, and guided practices, we blend meditation with movement to help you break free from the mental load, let go of tension, and come home to yourself. Every session is designed with mums in mind—celebrating where we are in life, acknowledging the struggles and pressure points, and finding ways to honour our journey without adding another ‘should’ to the list.
