Intimacy: Elevate your relationship/s and get more of what you want. Does the mere thought of asking for what you want fill you with dread? Sweeping issues under the rug isn’t healthy for anyone. There are ways to relate that are playful, respectful and brings the best out of you. Fall in love with yourself. And each other. I work with individuals and couples.

Menstrual Health Practitioner: Do you have painful periods, irregular periods, PCOS, endometriosis, vaginismus? There are ways to balance your cycle, eliminate imbalances and experience vital health and more energy. I support all phases of our femme cycles - including teenagers, fertility, perimenopause and menopause. Helen’s qualifications and experience include: Fertility, Intimacy and Menstrual Health Practitioner, Fitness and Yoga Professional and Author Sessions are held in Ferny Creek or online. There is access to a labyrinth on the property too!
