Hi my name is Tracey I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Paediatric/Neonatal RN with over 30 years of childrens nursing experience. I offer one-on-one private personalised breastfeeding consultations in the comfort of your own home. I come to you with buckets of time, patience, knowledge, expertise and compassion. My consultations cover all things breastfeeding and SO much more. I can help you with any breastfeeding/ feeding challenge and assist you to get to the root cause of your struggles. I can help with a lactation associated diagnosis and provide you with the most up to date and appropriate management advice. I have a special interest in preventing and managing breast conditions such as mastitis and plugging. I also have specialised skills with premature & small babies and babies with medical needs. I am very passionate about protecting and nurturing a new mothers mental health. I support many mums with existing mental health illness.
My mission is to help YOU while we are working on the breastfeeding. I also offer in home antenatal breastfeeding and newborn education sessions to help prepare you and your family for the care that is required once your baby is born. Having this connection and rapport with a trusted health professional gives new mums the reassurance they need to turn what can be an overwhelming experience into an empowering and supported journey. All my consultations include ongoing support and follow up.
